This Privacy Policy explains how Nysaa Delivery Services LLC ("Nysaa", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use nysaadelivery.ae or contact us. When you submit our quote or rider-application forms we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company, job title, email, phone/WhatsApp number, service of interest, number of riders, and, for rider applicants, nationality, licence status, emirate, and delivery experience. We also automatically collect limited technical data (device, browser, and usage analytics) to operate and improve the site.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, process rider applications, contact you about our services, comply with legal obligations, and improve our website and operations. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in operating and growing our business. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
4. WhatsApp submissions
Our forms may open WhatsApp so you can send your enquiry directly to our team. When you do, your message is delivered and stored via WhatsApp, and Meta's own privacy terms also apply to that message.
5. Sharing your data
We may share your data with trusted service providers who help us run the site and our operations (for example hosting and analytics), and — for rider applicants — with delivery platforms and authorities as needed to place, sponsor, and deploy riders. We may also disclose data where required by law.
6. Data retention
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to serve your enquiry or employment relationship and to meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements in the UAE, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the UAE PDPL you may request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email Operations@nysaadelivery.ae.
8. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data continues to be protected to an appropriate standard.
